This site was originally set up to show the state of construction of the new cottages since the owners were not allowed to enter the construction area to see the progress of their new home. Because the cottages have been completed, this site is no longer needed for that purpose. However, it is being used now to keep LVE residents apprised of the status of the many construction projects going on around LVE that will affect us going forward. These include;
A two-level storage building - completed.
A Publix grocery - completed.
Eleven apartment buildings named Treesort - completed and occupied.
A condominium complex with approximately 180 units - work underway with about 50% completion.
A medical complex with five buildings - One building is completed, and grading is underway for the second building.
Three restaurants - sites are graded but no further information is available.
Office building - site is graded, but no further information is available.
Fifth Third Bank - About ready to open.
Sardis Road connector - grading underway, but the work is only visible from LVE at the intersection of Mt. Vernon and Hwy 60.
