Sardis Connector construction at Mt. Vernon Rd.

Sardis Connector and the Hospice House construction.

Completed medical bldg occupied by the Northeast Georgia Physicians Group on the left and the soon to be Hospice House on the right. These two along with three other buildings will all be part if a medical office park being built by the Northeast Georgia Medical System to serve the needs of this growing area.

Hospice House construction at the top and the Fifth Thirds bank at the bottom. The bank is now in buisness. 

Above and to the left of the Hospice House construction is a section of the Sardis Connector construction near Southers and Ledan Rds. and shown below in more detail.

Many of the townhouses shown above are unsold and construction of new units seems to be stopped for nowl

These plots in front of Publix and behind CVS are intended for three restaurants and an office building but so far, no takers.
