Construction area behind the CVS pharmacy. A Publix grocery store, three restaurants, an office building and 183 condominiums are projected to be built in this area.

 The Publix building construction is underway. The sites for the three restaurants shown in the lower part of this photo have been readied but no information about what restaurants will be here has been shared.

The wall constructon of the Publix building with concrete blocks began this past Monday and is going up fast.

Condominiums under construction. Thirty units have been completed. Five have been sold and four owners have moved in. 

The unit with the glass doors is the sales office and model home and the four adjacent units have been sold and are occupied. 

Wauka Mountain is on the left and Yonah mountain is in the center in the photo above. The Wahoo Creek finger of Lake Lanier is in the foreground and Mt. Vernon Rd. is winding up the hill in the right center of the photo. That hill is called Buckhorn Mountain! Buckhorn Mountain blocks the view of  Yonah Mtn. from LVE
