Condominium model homes nearing completion

The landscaping on these 23 condominiums is well underway. New sod is visible in this photo.

Restaurants are suppose to be located at 1, 2 and 3 above. Four is a pit where further work is being done. The pile of dirt located on site 2  apparently will be used to fill the pit in when that area's work is completed. Othewise it appears that all of the sites for buildings are at grade level.

This is the area where an office building is indicated on the site plan. Grading here is complete.

 This is the pit that has yet to be filled. Once that is done it looks like the entire site is ready for buildings to be built.
