The condominium complex is more than half completed but construction seems to be slowing down. Still no information on when restaurants will be built on the graded areas behind CVS.

This picture shows Hwy SR60 between the Mt. Vernon Rd traffic light and the front entrance to LVE. Cars can accelerate considerably by the time the Mt. Vernon traffic light turns green and the car reaches the LVE entrance. Occationally a car will run through the junction on a red light at the LVE entrance, so it is a good idea to look both ways after the light turns green before entering Hwy SR60.
