Foreigner Registration Card
(former Alien Registration Card)

Foreigners staying in Korea for more than 90 days must register at an Immigration Office within 90 days of their arrival in Korea

Konkuk University will use an intermediary company (Hirevisa) for your Registration Card applications from Fall 2023.

You will no longer need to visit the Immigration Office yourself, but apply for a Registration Card online and it will be dealt with by the University as a group.

Please wait until the online application opens and refrain from making your own reservations/applications via Hikorea.

Pertinent information will be sent via email by HireVisa in due time after online application, so please keep a close tab on your inbox and spam folder!

Online Group Registration (serviced by Hirevisa)

1) 1st round (Quick Pass): Monday, February 19 - Monday, February 26

(NOT applicable for the 2nd round)

2) 2nd round:  Friday, March 15 - Saturday, March 23

***We highly suggest you apply for the group application as it would save you a trip to the Immigration Office at least twice (It takes an hour and a half to reach the Seoul Immigration Office from Konkuk University!)
