Immigration
All procedures will be guided by airport employees, so please follow their instructions
You may be handed out several documents during the flight. Read them carefully and fill them out as instructed.
Keep all the documents given to you. They need to be given to appropriate officials when going through immigration
Upon arrival, your body temperature will be checked multiple times and you will be asked questions regarding your state of health
1) if you are symptomatic: you will be tested at the airport. While waiting for your test results, you will be temporarily transferred to a
quarantine facility for the night. If so, follow all directions given to you and notify your ISV!
If tested positive: you will be sent to your own home/hospital/treatment facility depending on the severity of your symptoms
If tested negative: you will be sent back to the airport
2) if you are asymptomatic: you will be able to proceed with your immigration process
You will need to present your generated Q-code (see here)
We highly suggest you prepare a printed copy/screenshot of your Q-code and keep a printed copy of your uploaded documents in case of technical difficulties
You may be asked to show your vaccination certificate and/or other documents once more (please remember to print them out before your departure)
