Feb 6 - 7: Automatic Course Registration (2nd round) 9:30 ~17:00 in KST

Feb 9 - 12: Lunar New Year (Holiday)

Feb 20: Manual Course Registration (4th-year students) 9:30 ~17:00 in KST 

               * all exchange/visiting students are considered as 4th-year KU students

Feb 22 ~ 23: Official dormitory check-in * Early check-in is not allowed

Feb 26: Welcome Orientation *students must arrive in Korea before February 26

Feb 26 ~27: Manual Course Registration (all grades) 9:30 ~17:00 in KST

Mar 1: Samiljeol(Independence Movement Day, Holiday) 

Mar 4: First day of the spring 2024 semester 

Mar 4 ~ 9: Add & Drop Period 9:30 ~17:00 * you cannot change/drop courses after this period!

Apr 22 - 26: Mid-term Exam Week

May 6: substitute holiday for Childeren's Day(May 5th) 

May 21 - 23: Ilgam-ho(Konkuk University) Festival

Jun 6: Memorial Day (holiday)

Jun 17 - 21: Final Exam Week

Jun 21: end of the Spring 2024 semester

*** you will have a MONTH to depart from Korea as your visa will be terminated once the semester is over (regardless of what is written on your Registration Card). If you overstay the grace period, you will be considered an illegal resident.

*** your academic transcript will be issued after your grades are finalized in LATE July
