Sheep love and follow their shepherd - they listen to his voice and only follow him because they trust him and they know their shepherd will care for them. Jesus is our shepherd when we put our trust in him. How do we listen to his voice? We can hear from God too.

Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Pray and thank God for our sense of hearing and that Jesus is our shepherd.
