Crossing the Jordan: Joshua 3 & 4
We have been reading the story of Joshua as he led the Israelites into the Promised Land. While we read, we will discover some of God's promises to us along the way.
Today we learned:
God promises to care for us during difficult times and we can give thanks to God for his loving care.

Talk In our Bible story today, God's people used rocks to remember God's loving care and to show their thanks to God. We have so many things to be thankful for! Talk about all the ways God has taken care of you and pray a prayer of thanks to God as a family.
Do Have a family fun night! (watch a movie, make cookies, have a game night, or anything else your family would have fun doing together) Then draw a picture to remember the event, like the Israelites made a memorial of crossing the Jordan. Thank God for having fun together!
