The eScan is a diagnostic tool designed to help academic programs evaluate how well they prepare students for the workforce. It allows faculty to assess their own programs in terms of alignment with the 10 Essential Skills of the Kentucky Graduate Profile and can be a useful starting point for talking about skills development in academic programs.
