Welcome to the Kentucky Graduate Profile Resource Center.  This site provides postsecondary faculty and staff resources to incorporate and assess the 10 Essential Skills in academic and co-curricular programming.  

The Kentucky Graduate Profile, the state’s postsecondary learning framework, is a way to align the knowledge, skills, and abilities that students gain in college with the skills needed for success in the workforce and in life. All students in Kentucky should have multiple, intentional opportunities to develop their abilities through the institution’s curriculum and co-curricular offerings. Kentucky graduates should be able to articulate and demonstrate these skills to prospective employers. By focusing on the skills developed through postsecondary experiences, this work enhances the value proposition that “higher ed matters” to individuals and to the state’s economy.
