Project Description:

Explore

  1. Gather a mood board of images of flying beings: Any type, from pigeon to Pterodactyl. These can be your own photos (at the museum or your backyard) or examples from online. Gather reference and benchmarks, pay particular attention to beaks, webbed feet, wings, nostrils, eyes on the sides of head etc.

  2. Hand in a mood board image to the drive - this can be a jpg or png of your Pinterest board

Define

  • Draw 3 "cute" birds or creatures with wings for a children's audience

  • Draw 3 "Scary" birds or Creature with wings birds for a Teen to Adult audience

  • Hand in as many files as you need in the Google Drive


Accomplish

Design 2 Characters in your style and take it to the point that you are able to before the final review.

The project is open: Full Color, GreyScale, Digital 3D, 2D, Plushy, Physical 3D, etc
