1. إعداد الخطة التنفيذية لتوزيع المهام والمسئوليات بدقة لجميع الموظفين العاملين بها.

2. تحقيق جودة الأداء في جميع التعاملات الإدارية والاسهام في رفع مستواها.

3. إعداد ورفع خطة سنوية لتطوير وتحسين اليات وإجراءات سير العمل.

4. إعداد دليل لنظام إدارة الجودة في إدارة الموارد البشرية وتحديد مؤشراتها والمقاييس المرجعية لضمان تحقيق أهدافها.

5. إعداد تقارير عن نتائج قياس مستوى أداء الإدارات وتحديد الصعوبات واقتراح الحلول المناسبة لها.

6. إعداد ورفع التقارير الدورية لإنجازاتها والمقترحات والحلول التطويرية لها.

7.المشاركة في اعداد ادلة وسياسات وإجراءات ونماذج العمل بالتنسيق مع المعينين بكل إدارة.

8.التنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة لتوفير المعلومات والبيانات الإحصائية للجهات الداخلية والخارجية.

1.Preparing the executive plan for accurately distributing tasks and responsibilities to all HR employees.

2.Achieving quality performance in all administrative transactions and contributing to raising their level.

3. Preparing and submitting an annual plan to develop and improve workflow mechanisms and procedures.

4. Preparing a guide for the quality management system in human resources management and specifying its indicators and benchmarks to ensure the achievement of its objectives.

5. Preparing reports on the results of measuring the performance level of departments, identifying difficulties and proposing appropriate solutions to them.

6. Preparing and submitting periodic reports of its achievements, proposals and developmental solutions.

7. Participate in preparing manuals, policies, procedures and work models in coordination with the appointees of each department.

8. Coordination with the relevant authorities to provide information and statistical data to internal and external bodies.
