Software List

This list includes polishing and grinding simulation software that has been completed and is scheduled for future release.

By clicking the blue "Download" button in the right column, you can download the instruction manual, trial version (free), and full version of the software.

Downloading the trial or full version requires filling out a user registration form. Clicking "Download" will open the user registration form. After registration, a URL will be sent to your registered email address; please click the URL to download. Please enter your email address carefully. Incorrect entries will prevent you from receiving the URL. If you do not receive the URL after one hour, please contact us at the following email address: "e-mail: kasaikenmalabo@gmail.com".

If you encounter an error while using the software, please send the error message and screenshot to the email address below. Version updates are performed as needed.

The trial version is usable for 90 days after installation and has almost the same functionality as the full version, but some functions and the oscillation speed optimization function are not included. Please consider purchasing the full version (paid), which includes all functions.

All prices include tax and shipping. If you prefer a USB drive instead of a DVD, an additional ¥2,200 (tax included) will be charged.

After purchasing the full version, please register your commercial software by opening the "Commercial User Software Registration Form" under the heading "Other".

Installation Instructions:

Polishing Simulation Software (Language: Visual Studio 2010)

Double-clicking the compressed file [*.zip] will display setup.exe, Setup1.msi, etc. Clicking setup.exe will start the installation. For detailed installation instructions, please refer to Installation Instructions.pdf in the Downloads folder. The Downloads folder also contains an Instruction Manual folder, a PolishData folder and GrindData folder containing various data files and calculation results. Please move the files in the PolishDatafolder to the PolishData folder created after launching the program after installation.
