Our research lab is a venture company originating from Saitama University, established in 2007 to support the advancement of polishing technology.
Based on the polishing technologies cultivated over the past 50 years of research and educational life at research institutes and universities, we conduct the following business:
Main Business Activities:
1. Software Sales and Development: Calculation software that theoretically determines shape changes in polishing and grinding.
We sell and develop various polishing and grinding simulation software.
Trial versions of the software are available before purchase.
We also plan workshops on the theoretical formulas used in the software and software operation instructions upon request.
2. On-site Polishing Technology Workshops: Workshops on polishing technology and simulation.
We conduct workshops on high-quality, high-precision polishing using the fabrication of optical flats and parallels of glass as a case study.
We teach the polishing technologies accumulated in our research lab.
You will be able to correlate the above polishing theory software with actual polishing techniques.
