Museum Analysis

The main project of the summer semester in Rome was an Analysis of 2 museums in Rome. We could choose any 2 from 3 of the ones we visited - I chose the Ara Pacis and the MACRO Museum. The Analysis was done with 4 primary themes - Urban Context, Form, Space, and Planes.

We were able to tackle our analysis in any way we desired, whether it be collage, digital drawings, or physical. I was particularly inspired by the comic book style at the time, and elected to go for a fully hand-drawn, grayscale theme for my drawings, scanning them, then arranging them as if they were from a comic book.
