Mockup

This project is a mockup of an office building set within Los Angeles. The project focuses on using new software to create a facade, as the front faces west, gaining lots of end of day sun. My facade proposal is a series of crossing, diagonal metal beams, divided into sections across the front. In each block sits an operable sliding panel that creates more shade and blocks more light depending on where it's placed. Many temperature and climate studies were done to determine the amount of sunlight being diffused by the facade.
