TTRPG Noble Knight Games April 2020 Order

I completed my first order with Noble Knights Games. They buy and sell new and old Tabletop Roleplaying Games.

I started the Order Process by Trading in all the game books below for $35 credit

And I got back in return all the books shown here (with me adding $19, to cover $10 shipping and $9 in cost difference).

This is Traveller (The New Era) from 1993. I got this for $6.50! It is a fantastic game. I will never run it straight because I don't think I could find 4 players with the patience for a 1993 rules set, but I am excited about running a Traveller (The New Era) with Index Card RPG. Stellar.

This is the Tales of Equestria Box Set. I really like Box Sets because they serve as a mini version of the full game. This is an adventure, but it contains all the rules necessary to play (compressed into 2 pages). This game uses an interesting die mechanic of setting a Difficulty Number (e.g. 3) and then letting the player roll to beat the number with a higher die (d4, d6 and d8). It tosses modifiers and lets the die type do the heavy lifting for scaling challenge. Cool game.

This is Freeport Source Book, picked up for a steal at $10. The book is in brand new condition. I have had this on my Get List for ages as Freeport is quite famous in the TTRPG Industry as one of the best executed Setting Agnostic Products ever done. It is a wonderful book and I am really glad to add it to my collection. I will be using one of the gangs presented within in my current DND Runehammer Hardcore Mode campaign this week.

What? $5. This book had a slight ding on its spine, but is brand new in every other way. I loved reading through every Troop, Vehicle and Weapon of the US, Germans and British. Like reading a History Book, only fun.

This was one cent. Really. You get to choose a one cent product for every $15 you spend. Pretty cool.

Another one cent item. A nice benefit of buying from Noble Knight Games.

This was on the backside of the Mechwarrior Quickstart. Sweet!

Noble Knight games did a spectacular job shipping the books and they were all fantastic. My only "complaint" about Noble Knight Games is that their selection and service is so fantastic that my hopes that being able to pare down my physical TTRPG collection by trading in several cruft books from my collection for one or two premium higher price books has gone up in smoke. I am certain my physical TTRPG collection will raise in number thanks for Noble Knight Games. Oh well, that is a good problem to have I suppose.
