The Assistant manager will:

OT’s responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based therapy to clients to the best of abilities and within scope of OT practice
Gain informed consent for all therapy activities
Document all service delivery in cloud-based management system (Halaxy)
Ensure risks and hazards are reported immediately
Generate resources to support therapy as needed
Complete all reporting requirements as needed
Ensure any applicable AHPRA registrations and WWCCs are up to date and valid

Admin's responsibilities:
Communicate with current, past and future clients in a polite and respectful manner
Ensure risks and hazards are reported immediately
Take payments, claim NDIS payments or invoice third party intermediaries correctly and promptly
Record all payments in health booking management system (Halaxy)
Report and rectify any payment discrepancies as they are discovered
Manage bookings, with respect to clinicians breaks and maximum clinical sessions per day/week
Ensure adequate travel time is given in travel appointments
Ensure client pouches are prepared or filed away as needed
Assist in all reasonable requests from management
