This week is all about feedback - spend the time you usually spend on the 0-100 program to provide comprehensive feedback to the Director on:

• The induction (0-100) program

• The team culture

• The new grad program

• The support and supervision you've received 

This can be provided through a meeting with your supervisor, the director, an email or anonymously here
