Your email signature should be set up on day one, but if it isn't, or you would like to make a change, follow the steps below:
Open the Outlook Email app
Under 'File', select 'Options'
On the left, click 'Mail'
Find the button that says 'Signatures'
Copy and paste the following as a template (for major changes, consult Hannah Lees first):

To save a website as a bookmark, make sure you have the website open on the tab you are using.
Click the star on the right side of the search bar.
On the pop-up that shows, choose the folder you want to save it in. You are welcome to sort bookmarks as you would like (e.g. making a Google Drive/Google Forms folder). To save something to the bookmarks bar rather than a folder, select 'bookmarks bar' (I don't recommend using 'all bookmarks' as this won't show up at the top of your chrome page.
Joining the team is a big deal, and everyone deserves to know how excited we are to have you. In the next few days/weeks, we would like to add you to our 'Meet the Team' page on the business website. Spend some time reading the blurbs up their already and have a go writing your own. Once you're done, email the paragraphs and a photo of yourself to hannah.lees@jjot.com.au
The printer should already be set up on your laptop and is named MFC-L8690CDW series (Corio)
Load your document.
Use the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) when copying or scanning multiple-page, standard-sized documents.
Place paper in the top of the machine with text facing up according to the symbol on the ADF.
Use the scanner glass to fax, copy, or scan one page at a time (The ADF must be empty).
1. Lift the document cover.
2. Place the document on the scanner glass face down.
3. Place the corner of the page in the upper left corner of the scanner glass.
4. Close the document cover. If the document is a book or is thick, gently press on the document cover.
Press [Scan] > [to PC] > [to File].
Select the computer name you want to send data (it should include your name in the title).
To use the default scan settings, press [Start]. The machine starts scanning. If using the machine's scanner glass, follow the touchscreen instructions to complete the scanning job.
To scan both sides of the document
Press [2-sided Scan], and then select the document type.
Long Edge = like a book
Short Edge = like a calendar
The scanned document will open in a new File Explorer tab on your laptop.
Load your document into the ADF or glass scanner
Select [Copy]
Change the copy settings, if needed.
Press [Colour Start] or [Mono Start].
