New Employee Induction
We are looking forward to creating an employment experience for you that is rewarding and beneficial.
In order for you to receive the most end of your training, we have created this employee reduction process for you. There will be various people involved with the delivery of your induction including the practice manager, the clinic, director and other team members.
We encourage you to be actively involved in your induction, ask questions and see clarification if you are unsure of anything that is discussed. The employee induction checklist will monitor your progress and we will know that you have a proficient understanding of each of the items once they are completed.
