Artículo 123. Las medidas de seguridad son de carácter educativo y curativo. Pueden cumplirse

ambulatoriamente o en un centro de internamiento.

Artículo 124. Las medidas curativas y educativas tienen por objeto el tratamiento del sujeto, a fin de evitar la repetición de hechos punibles, y se aplicarán en establecimientos especiales.

El juzgador podrá ordenar el internamiento del sujeto o el tratamiento ambulatorio, tomando en

cuenta el dictamen emitido por médicos legales.

El encargado de dirigir el tratamiento está en la obligación de informar al Juez.
