Focused Proficiency Observation
4 times throughout my time in the classroom, my lessons were recorded and my mentor teacher completed an observation on one aspect of my teaching. These focuses consist of: Classroom Environment, Planning and Instructional Delivery, Equity, and Subject Matter Knowledge. After my mentor teacher completed her observation, I would then watch the recording of my lesson and complete an observation form reflecting on my own teaching. Below are the forms completed by my mentor teacher for each of the 4 Focused Proficiency Observations (FPO).

FEAPs Evaluations
The Florida Educator Accomplished Practices (FEAPs) are Florida's core standards for effective educators and provide valuable guidance to Florida's public school educators and educator preparation programs throughout the state on what educators are expected to know and be able to do.
