UC Davis Craft Center: This welcoming craft center located in the Silo offers a wide variety of classes to learn a new skill or to keep cultivating a previous hobby. Classes range from beginner to intermediate levels, and you can also buy quarterly passes to use their facilities. Here you can sign in for ceramics, flameworking, crochet, glass, jewelry, photography, textiles, welding, woodworking, and others! To get more information about it, visit the Craft Center website.
Davis Art Center: The Davis Art Center offers more than 300 classes each season in visual arts, dance, drama, writing and other disciplines for children, teens and adults.
Square Tomatoes Craft and Vintage fair: if you want to buy some crafts, there is a community-organized craft fair in Davis Central Park. Here you can find all sort of lovely crafts to decorate your house, while listening to live music. They usually happen the 1st Sunday of every month. The Mondavi Center is the biggest performing arts center in Davis. World class performances take place in this beautiful building. Manetti Shrem Museum of Art
The Manetti Shrem Museum of Art is a fine arts museum located at UC Davis, near the Mondavi Center. They have a permanent collection containg more than 5,000 works, ranging from antiquities and contemporary art. They also have temporary exhibitions and classes.
