Beyazay Association of Turkey has a paradigm on problem definition that “gap between needs of persons with PD and Physical and/or social systems”, “negative attitudes of persons on disability” and “perception of person with disability about himself/herself”.

Attitueds of Turks with and without disabilities on displaced people with PD determines contents of their communication and relationship among them.,
