Bio :

Mr. Jin is Chair of the Committee on Digital Books at the National Association of Institutions of Information Services for Visually Impaired Persons (NAIVI).

He is a librarian and in charge of information support for visually impaired people at the Visually Impaired Life Information Center Gifu since May 2008.

His work is involved in production and lending of Braille books, talking books, DAISY books to visually impaired people.
