Lily

Personality

Lily is a child at heart; she extremely outgoing and playful, however she is a lot more mature than she seems. She is very cunning by nature and has a deep understanding of complex topics, being able to uphold conversations with her creator and Jade about advanced robotics, data science, and the current political state of Sector-118. 

However, as a child, she is very talkative and loves to mess around. She will often drag people around to play with her and will sometimes meddle in other people's relationships. It's almost like there are two separate personalities in her. One second she is acting like child begging people to play with her, and the next she is a mature, responsible teen holding complex conversations. 

Needless to say, despite her childish nature, Lily is not ignorant or blind to the reality of the world. She is very smart and perceptive.

History

backstory

Lily was created two years prior to the start of the story. Her production was started from her creator's desire to have a daughter of his own. Using his robotics knowledge, he opted to create an android child since he believe they were the future of humanity, and deserved to be treated as human rather than machine. Due to limited resources, Lily had to be made the size of a young child. 

Present

Currently she spends most of her time in her creator's lab helping around with his work. Lily doesn't go out often due to her creator's fear of her getting captured and destroyed. While frustrating for Lily, she doesn't mind too much since she finds the outside world rather boring. 

Lily does visit Cyrus and Jade from time to time, however they mostly visit her instead. 

Equipment

Theodore

Theodore is Lily's teddy bear. She carries him around with her practically everywhere she goes and the two are never apart. 

Cyrus got Lily the teddy bear one day while she was out on a market run. While at first she thought the gift was childish, Lily soon came to cherish the bear.

Talents and Abilities

Emotionally Perceptive

Lily is very emotionally perceptive, to an even greater degree than Zero. While Zero's emotional perceptive stems from her ability to read body language and facial expression, Lily can actually "see" a persons emotions. Because of this, she is much quicker to read a person's emotions. She often uses this ability to mess around with people, however she can understand when someone needs emotional support. 

She may not be the best at giving advice or direct emotional support, so Lily does her best to help in her own way. She usually asks the person to play with her, allowing them to destress and calm down, then she asks directly what's wrong, that way the person is clear and has the time to directly confront their issues. 

Cyrus

Lily heard about Cyrus from Jade during one of her visits. She was interested in seeing what type of person Cyrus was because Jade mentioned her so often. She constantly asked Jade to bring her over one day so they could meet but Jade rejected the idea, believing Lily was scheming something. Eventually, Jade agreed and asked Cyrus to join her on one of her trips to Lily's place. 

Lily was beyond excited to meet Cyrus, and when the two met they immediately got along, mostly due to Lily's eccentric and outgoing nature. Cyrus's quite and cold nature contrasted greatly with Lily's and caused her to seem more mature in Lily's eyes. From then on, Lily saw Cyrus as an older sister to her. 

Cyrus often gets pulled around by Lily; getting dragged into playing with her, gossiping about random things, and even meddling in Cyrus and Jade's relationship. Cyrus enjoys Lily's company, and often goes along with her antics, though mostly because she doesn't really understand what Lily means. The two have formed a deep sisterly bond, with Lily calling Cyrus "big sis". Whenever Cyrus visits, Lily immediately gets excited. Lily teaches Cyrus a lot about "being human"; helping her to better read expressions, better understand social cues, and get a deeper grasp on emotions.

Lily really admires Cyrus and truly sees her as an older sister, and aspires to be like her one day. However, Cyrus doesn't really understand what she means by that since she thinks that Lily's current knowledge and abilities is already miles better than hers. Lily told her that it isn't about knowledge, ability, or skills; its about her nature. 

Cyrus still doesn't get what she means, but maybe one day she will. 

Jade

Jade has been involved in Lily's creation from the very beginning. She is a long time friend of Lily's creator, and has been assisting him in her creation from the start; providing scrap and mechanical support. 

Lily see's Jade as a Auntie of sorts, however they act more like siblings than anything. Because Lily is very mature for her age she is able to keep up with Jade's conversations very easily, so the two often talk about life and other random things when Jade visits. Lily also likes to mess around with Jade, much like how a little sister would mess around with her big sister. Jade falls for Lily's antics most of the time, however she would never openly admit this. Needless to say, the two get along very well.

Lily's Creator

A Father figure to Lily. Wanted to create her out of his desire to have a daughter of his own and his love for robotics. Lily's creator truly believes that androids are they key to humanity's future and detests the government's treatment of all androids. Lily's creator is a soft hearted individual and cares for Lily with all his heart. 

Lily sees her creator as her father and calls him "dad". The two hang out with each other as father daughter and Lily drags her creator around with her silly antics. She will paint his nails, do his makeup, or other mischievous things with him.
