勞聯一年一度的薪酬趨勢及期望調查,在8至10月訪問1185名不同行業僱員,三成三人今年度獲加薪,五成七人被凍薪,餘下約一成要減薪。
四成受訪者認為,來年加薪4%至6%是合理,而打工仔期望的加薪幅度平均更逾7.9%。
勞聯認為隨著疫情緩和,本港經濟開始復甦,必須改善僱員過往兩年被凍薪或減薪的情況,建議明年加薪幅度不少於6%。
