Coordinators will not be on their own!
The Steering Committee are happy to provide guidance and information on what and how an area has been done in the past, assistance, ideas, etc.
Area Coordinatoors are responsible for:
Letting the volunteer organizer know how many volunteers are needed, and to help recruit them, or, if preferred, to find volunteers on their own.
Work with the Advertising coordinator to get their announcements out to the parish and the public.
Locating or purchasing materials for their area (many materials are available in storage from previous years).
Setting up their area: tables, layout, decorating, signs, prices, etc.
If the area takes cash at Oktoberfest, working with the finance coordinator.
