Oktoberfest thrives on our raffles in the Chance Booth, Raffle Baskets, Silent Auctions, Cafeteria raffles, Kids Game Prize baskets, Bar raffles, Oktoberfest Package raffles. All of these are donated by parishioners and local businesses.
Donation ideas:
You can help make these raffles a success. Create a raffle basket, do car detailing, give music lessons, bake pies for a year, bake cookies, create personal art, host a fishing trip, share your vacation home, host a deck party, give a guided tour, donate gift cards (scrip), etc.
Oktoberfest needs:
Donated desserts for the meal in the cafeteria.
Donated items for the country store (baked goods, garden produce, canned goods, flowers, plants, fruit, etc.).
Donated sweets for the Sweet Stroll (cake walk).

Volunteer
Please signup to volunteer below or on the sheets in the Holy Cross Narthex (when available). Do you know a group that needs volunteer hours: school athletics, key club, scouts, etc.? Please let us know. We have a large variety of volunteer opportunities from running kids games, to doing dishes, to selling caramel apples to hauling tables.

Activities: Kids Games and Prizes, Silent Auction, Chance Booth, Basket Raffles, Cafeteria Raffles, Country Store, Balloons, Cake Walk, Music and Beer Bar
Food: Chicken Booyah, Pulled Pork, Hot Dogs, Brats & Kraut, Pies & Tortes, Caramel Apples and Ice Cream
October TDB, 2026. Starts at 10:30 am. Final prize drawings start at 4:00 pm.

• Since 1982 Oktoberfest has been supported by charitable sponsors, donors and volunteers
• Provides funds for ministries and general parish needs
• A day filled with polka music, fantastic food, beverages, raffle prizes, silent auction, and kid’s games
