Coordinator: OPEN

Volunteers: 

Work with the Volunteer coordinator to get volunteers for Sunday evening. Call your teams, friends, and family.

Duties:

Gym: Strip paper from tables, take down tables in the gym, transport and stack them in the rectory garage.
Gym: Haul Oktoberfest booth supplies back up to the gym attic.
Gym: Sweep Gym floor and roll up the covers.
Cafeteria: Transport white plastic tables and chairs back to Friendship Hall.
Cafeteria: Re-stack wooden tables on racks, stack chairs
Cafeteria: Dismantle the bar. Stack Bar tables. Return cooler to  store room.
Cafeteria: Roll school cafeteria tables back into the cafeteria.
Cafeteria: Finish all dishes, return buckets to attic storage,
Cafeteria: Launder Oktoberfest towels, wash clothes, aprons, etc. return to the attic. 

Commitment: 

4 hours several weeks before Oktoberfest organizing volunteers. Sunday 3:30 pm - 9:00 pm or sooner if there are many volunteers.
