Duties:

Set up and decorate the booth on Saturday. Receive donated cakes Saturday and Sunday. Train volunteers to run the game. Take game tickets from players.

Notes:

These are old notes, but a good starting point. Use a rope in front of cakewalk stand to allow spectators a good view. Used only 10 numbers on the floor. (2015) ran out of cakes at 2:15, as of Saturday evening there were 38 cakes, there were 31 more. 20 Gluten free cupcakes from Happy Bellies (2015). Gluten-free participants choose cupcake and balloon. Ruth brought extra ping pong balls in case of loss or damage. Also brought grocery bags for people to carry the cakes. After the cakes were gone, changed the price to 1 ticket and gave away cupcakes and then balloons.
