Prize Claim

Coordinator:  OPEN

Volunteers: Approximately 6 people needed between 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm.

Duties:

Organize a  team of people to draw winners and distribute raffle and silent auction prizes in the Gym. Also collect money for the silent auction items. 

All raffles and auctions will be in a Google sheet. Winners will be recorded in the sheets. Winner lists brought to the MC in the cafeteria for announcement. This team will distribute raffle and auction items, collect money, record pickup and assist with moving unclaimed prizes to the KCP offices.

The Steering committee will assist with making plans. You do not need to create this from nothin.g.
