Work with Volunteer coordinator to get volunteers. But also call your friends, teammates, family, etc.

Setup:

Thursday

Transport and setup up wooden tables from Rectory Garage into Gym according to the layout drawing.
Place tables in Gym for all the booths, cover tables with paper, decorate, assist with booth preparations.
Setup the bar area.
Move Oktoberfest booth items from attic to gym.
Transport and setup 12 white white tables from Friendship Hall in the cafeteria.
Organize the tables in the Cafeteria for vegetable cutting on Friday. Reorganize them Friday or Saturday for the Oktoberfest event.

Commitment: 

4 hours several weeks before Oktoberfest organizing volunteers. Thursday 5:00 - 9:00. Friday 5:00 - 9:00, Saturday 8:00 - 6:00.
