Volunteers:
10 volunteers worked the booth. Two people did the cutting of the pies/desserts before 10 am. Remainder worked the booth dishing out ice cream, refilling the tables with pies. Eight people worked the booth splitting hours with two working at a time until 5 p.m.
Orders:
Ice Cream is ordered by Kurt Heid.
This team orders plates, bowls, forks, spoons, 1 chocolate sauce, napkins, 3 cool whip tubs.
Duties:
Receive, cut, plate, display desserts and ice cream. Collect dessert tickets.
Notes:
Used were: about 360 plates, 3 cool whip tubs (all three gone by 2 p.m.); 8 ice cream tubs (7 gone by 3 p.m.) used one large Hershey chocolate for ice cream. Second one had been purchased, but was not opened.
Commitment:
4 hours purchasing supplie. 3 hours orgainzing volunteers. 8:00 am - 6:00 pm setup dessert table, sell desserts, cleanup.
