Coordinator

Volunteers: Work with the Volunteer Coordinator 

Supplies

• May need to shop for kids game prizes

• Collect donations of stuffed animals

• Purchase candy for kids games prizes

• Purchase kids game prize tickets. Check with Steering Committee regarding inventory

Duties:

• Pre-Work

  • Check with Steering Committee for Supplies

  • Get volunteer sign up genius needs to volunteer coordinator

  • Share volunteer needs with contacts and parents at SICS

• Set up games on Saturday

  • Set up prize table

  • Design and hang posters showing the names of the games

  • Prep bowls of candy at applicable games

  • Prep bowls of small prizes

  • Set out bags for kids to carry their prizes

• Train volunteers on Sunday

• Help with kids game takedown and storage of materials in the attic.

Commitment: 

• 2-4 Hours Pre-Work

• Saturday before Oktoberfest: Approximately 9am - 12pm for setup

• Day of Oktoberfest: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm directing kids game volunteers, covering breaks, cleaning up kids games
