60-minute sessions are the minimum for online bookings, offering a complete and personalised experience that combines movement, breath, and stillness to support your individual goals.

30-minute sessions are available only as add-ons, and must be booked as part of a minimum 60-minute package. These shorter sessions are ideal for focused work on a specific area, such as breath regulation, stress relief, or deep rest practices.
$50 - 30 minutes
$45 - 30 minutes (Discounted deal for online, minimum 60 minute session, can be combined with another modaality)
In-person sessions are available by request and are booked as a 2-hour minimum to allow for adequate setup, integration, and personalised care. These sessions can be held in your home or a suitable private location. Travel surcharges may apply depending on location.
