I am honoured to have been authorised to teach mindfulness and meditation by internationally respected psychologists Dr. Tara Brach and Dr. Jack Kornfield, through their renowned Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with the University of California, Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center (GGSC).
This rigorous two-year program provides in-depth training in teaching mindfulness and compassion-based practices, blending the latest research in neuroscience and psychology with the wisdom of contemplative traditions. The curriculum includes comprehensive instruction in guiding meditation, facilitating groups, trauma sensitivity, and applying mindfulness in diverse settings from personal wellbeing to organisational and community contexts.
The program is supported by a global faculty of leading experts and offers ongoing professional mentoring, ensuring graduates are equipped to teach with skill, integrity, and heart. Completion of this certification means I am part of an international community of mindfulness teachers dedicated to fostering healing, resilience, and positive social change.
