Hi, I’m Katherine Haag (MSW, Grad Cert Dev. Trauma), a qualified social worker, counsellor, somatic coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and trauma-informed consultant with 15 years in community services and two decades in client-facing roles.
I’ve worked across a range of sectors including mental health, youth services, family violence, addictions, education, local government, and nonprofit organisations supporting people facing complex trauma, grief, stress, disconnection, and life transitions.
My approach honours the whole person body, mind, heart, and spirit.
My offerings are informed by evidence-based frameworks, embodied wisdom, and lived insight. I endeavour to bring compassion, clarity, and integrity to all that I do.
In addition to my professional expertise, I am a qualified yoga teacher (Hatha, Yin, Tantra, and trauma-aware), as well as a certified breathwork and pranayama instructor. My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centred designed to meet you exactly where you are and support your unique journey towards wellbeing.
My practice is grounded in values of transparency, consistency, and hope.
I prioritise building trust and creating safe, reliable spaces where people feel genuinely seen and supported. Whether you’re navigating a challenge or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to walk alongside you, supporting meaningful growth, clarity, and lasting change.
I look forward to supporting you or your organisation on the path to greater health, connection, and resilience.
