• Trauma-informed counselling
• Somatic coaching (within training in somatic sexology)
• Therapeutic Yoga (asana) and breathwork/pranayama
• Mindfulness and meditation tools and techniques
• Body-based therapy – acupressure can be combined with EFT techniques (tapping).

Beyond my academic and professional development, my lived experience of PTSD, anxiety, and depression has profoundly shaped my path. It has given me not only insight, but also compassion, humility, and a fierce drive to ensure that others feel seen, valued, and supported.
My practice is an integration of trauma-informed care, body-based healing, and deep presence. These are not just modalities I’ve studied, I endeavour to live them.
