My Philosophy
Recovery and wellness isn't linear or one-size-fits-all. I work collaboratively with clients, drawing from my own lived experience with anxiety, depression and PTSD to understand what it's like to navigate difficult times. My approach combines trauma-informed practice with embodiment and meaningful exploration.
I aim to create spaces where people feel secure and recognised while reconnecting with their own knowledge and instincts. My work is informed by daily mindfulness and embodiment practices, and I'm particularly drawn to research at the intersection of neuroscience and spirituality, including work by Dr. Lisa Miller and Dr. Dan Tomasulo on how meaning and belief systems can support resilience.
Embodied Leadership
I’m currently enrolled in a Doctorate in Business Leadership (but currently deferred) through Torrens University and the Australian Graduate School of Leadership because I believe that leadership - real leadership - must be values-based, embodied, and in service of something greater. I’m deeply invested in reshaping how we lead, how we show up, and how we hold space for others whether in business or in community services.
The Body as Teacher
Over the past five years, I’ve immersed myself in somatic-based therapeutics, studying a range of body-based modalities including:
Yoga and Yoga Therapy
Somatic Coaching
Acupressure and Myofascial Release
Reiki and Energy Healing
Breathwork, Meditation & Mindfulness
Qi Gong
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Massage and Trauma-Informed Bodywork
Our bodies are an important source of information and guidance. Somatic practices can help clients develop a different relationship with their bodies, moving from sites of difficulty to sources of insight, strength, and healing.

Where I'm Headed
I endeavour to continue to grow and evolve, always the student, always returning to the present moment, to learning, and to service. Whether I’m guiding others through trauma recovery, supporting emerging leaders, or simply holding space for stillness, my intention is always the same:
To meet people where they are, and to walk with them, gently, wisely, and with heart.
If any part of my story speaks to yours, I’d be honoured to connect.
