２０１９年日田市で開催されるものづくりの祭典「日田ものづくり探検隊」の実行委員を前身とし２０２３年に法人化。産業の持続的発展のため日田市の産業界が誇るものづくり技術やそれにより培われた製品の広報や人材の育成と確保を目的としています。 日本全国、伝統技術の継承、そしてそれを担う職人の確保など共通する課題を抱えています。私たちの地域だけでなく全国のものづくり文化に敬意を払いともに活性化する未来を目指さなくてはいけません。これからも産業活性化活動を進め地方のものづくりのすばらしさを全国に、世界に届けます。

The organization was established in 2023 as a corporation, beginning with the executive committee of the Hita Monozukuri Tankentai, a festival of craftsmanship to be held in Hita City in 2019. In order to promote the sustainable development of industry in Hita City, the organization aims to promote the craftsmanship technology that Hita City's industry is proud of and the products that have been cultivated through it, as well as to foster and secure human resources. The entire country of Japan faces common challenges, such as the inheritance of traditional techniques and the securing of craftsmen to carry them on. We must aim for a future in which we respect and revitalize the manufacturing culture not only in our region but throughout the country. We will continue to promote industry revitalization activities and spread the wonder of local craftsmanship throughout the country and the world.
