Jack Rose

About Me:

Hello! My name is Jack Rose and my goal is to illustrate children's books or literature in general one day as I have always had a passion for books and reading. I also have a huge love for video games and anime which heavily influences my art and I would love to work on projects in those fields as well. It’s hard for me to pick a favorite medium to work in as I love so many different types of art, however, if I had to pick I would say digital art, charcoal, and oil painting are my favorites.

I really love music and it has always been a huge part of my life and a source of inspiration for me in my art. I’ve been to 25 concerts (or more, it’s hard to remember at this point) in my life because of it and the energy at an event like that is so magical! My favorite movies are the Lord of the Rings and have been since I was five years old as that medieval mixed with magical world is my favorite and heavily influences and inspires my art today. I also love going to conventions whenever I’m able to and I have a black cat named Huckleberry who is almost three years old and I love him to pieces!
