how projects are managed

Our projects are dedicated to small and medium-sized companies, entrepreneurs or subsidiaries and business units of larger multinational organizations.

We can make our most effective contribution in companies with up to 500 employees, with sales of up to €200 million, located in Italy or Europe.

We have a well-established network of experienced managers who are able to :

• operate in different business areas (sales, operations, logistics, finance)
• managing contacts at various levels (boards, investment companies, banks and public bodies)
• operate in Italy or abroad with international teams

We are available for wide-ranging mobility on the Italian territory and in Europe, managing time and costs in the most efficient way.

The main feature of our interventions is the operational presence within the company: we will be at your side and available on a continuous basis.

It is therefore necessary to agree on the right communication strategy for employees to motivate our presence within the company.

All information collected remains confidential: we are responsible for managing the project with the utmost confidentiality.

We are not in a position to define the prices of the project in advance; however, in general:

1. Phase 1 (knowledge) is generally free: it serves to establish the right feeling between the parties and understand the possible mode of intervention
2. Phases 2 and 3 of consulting and preparation of the Business Plan and the Action Plan normally last 1-2 months and are quoted on a daily basis, with amounts that vary according to the seniority of the staff employed.
3. Phase 4 of the operational implementation, foresees a constant presence: activities will be focused on the activities defined in the operational plan: alternatively a daily fee or a monthly lump sum can be adopted.
4. In the case of a project with the Expense Reduction Analysts Team, you work at Success Fee based on the results: if there are no actual reductions, it costs nothing.

All necessary travel and subsistence expenses will be agreed in advance and paid for by the customer.
