I. BUSINESS PLAN (Strategic Plan)
In the initial phase we work on the Business Plan: if it exists, it is perfected and shared; if it has not been defined, we prepare a document involving the different company functions.
At this stage, the main points of the strategy are outlined:
- USP's of the product/service offered and possible studies for innovations
- Market positioning vs competitors
- Market approach strategies and potential in terms of market share and turnover
- Organisational and productive structure
- Any necessary investments
- Communication activities
- The basis for the construction of the budget (revenues, costs, investments)
- Guidelines to define the Action Plan
II. ACTION PLAN (Operative Plan)
The initial phase ends with the preparation of the Action Plan, aimed at sharing the activities to be implemented in the short term (usually 1 year), identifying the responsible people, the resources needed and the objectives to be achieved.
The projects that distinguish our active consulting are basically of two types:

- consultancy more oriented to companies that have the will and the resources to grow
- Restructuring and turnaround
- extraordinary activities with an impact on the corporate structure

- more business-oriented consultancy with the need to restructure the business and to focus on profitable activities
