The "Active Consulting" is our way of managing projects.

The 3 preliminary phases of "consulting" are used to know the company (Knowledge), analyze information and data (Analysis) and define the short, medium and long-term objectives (Strategy)

The "Active" phase is characteristic of our approach: we will be present in the company with operational functions, to implement the agreed action plan (Execution)
