Who I Am
I coordinate the project and manage the work teams inside or outside the company.
Depending on the needs, I will be active directly in the company or I will involve any external partners with specific skills, in the different areas of the company.
My experience:
- Bachelor in Economics
- MBA - SDA Bocconi - Milan
- Over 30 years of experience in industrial and multinational companies
- More than 15 years in positions of General Manager or Managing Director
- Experience in Italy and abroad (mainly in Germany)
- I have managed complex organizations, development and restructuring projects
- I've worked with international managers and entrepreneurs
- Quick in making decisions, capable of creating and motivating the team
- Over the years I have created a network of managers and consultants at European level with whom I share and manage projects
- I am passionate about the mountains, where I relax between one commitment and the next
