Types of Exercise

There are LOTS of fun sports & exercise activities for kids. Learn to dance, hike, practice yoga, martial arts, ride a bike, roller skate, hula hoop, play frisbee, football, tennis, soccer, basketball, jump rope, or swim!

It's recommended that ALL kids get 30-60 minutes of exercise every day. Here are a few videos you can move to!
